The Calendar 2027 (thecalendar2027.com) is an online platform that offers creators the opportunity to claim an exclusive slot — one day of the year 2027 — to display their profile, content, and links to a global audience. Each day may be owned by only one creator.
By purchasing or reserving a slot, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a slot. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel slots and issue refunds if this condition is not met.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of completing the transaction, without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
However, by completing a purchase you expressly consent to the immediate activation of your slot and acknowledge that, once your slot is activated and you have been granted access to your creator dashboard, you waive your right of withdrawal, as permitted under Art. 16(a) of the Directive (supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium).
To exercise the right of withdrawal before activation, contact us at hello@thecalendar2027.com within 14 days of purchase.
Outside the withdrawal window above, all sales are final and non-refundable. If your payment fails after a reservation, the slot will be released automatically. In the event of a verified technical error on our part that prevents you from accessing or using your slot, we will work to resolve the issue or, at our sole discretion, issue a full refund.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or display on your slot, including bio, images, videos, and links. You represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules without notice and without refund.
You retain full ownership of the content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform for the duration of the calendar year 2027 and in promotional materials related to the platform.
All platform design, branding, and code are owned by the operator of The Calendar 2027 and may not be reproduced without permission.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
The platform is designed to operate through 31 December 2027. We reserve the right to extend or modify the service beyond that date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your slot(s). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered creators. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
